AI Output Disclaimer
Credensa uses AI to assist with drafting, analysis, and organization. AI output must be reviewed by the user before use.
No job outcome guarantee
AI-generated resumes, cover letters, ATS scores, application answers, portfolios, and follow-up messages do not guarantee interviews, offers, recruiter attention, ATS ranking, or employment outcomes.
No professional advice
AI output is not legal, immigration, academic, financial, background-check, employment, or career-counseling advice.
Human review required
Users must verify accuracy, remove unsupported claims, check links, confirm metrics, and adapt output before sending or publishing.
What AI may do
AI may summarize career records, rewrite bullets, generate resumes, draft cover letters, score ATS signals, suggest missing proof, create portfolio copy, and map job descriptions to existing evidence.
- AI may use user-provided resume data, career memory, job descriptions, prompts, portfolio content, workflow context, and proof records
- AI may produce structured outputs, draft text, scoring estimates, recommendations, warnings, and suggested next steps
- AI may rely on configured providers and model behavior outside Credensa's full control
Known limitations
AI and ATS analysis can be wrong even when the interface looks confident. Users should treat output as a draft and review signal, not final truth.
- AI may hallucinate, omit context, misunderstand job descriptions, overstate evidence, or generate generic language
- ATS scores are estimates based on parsing and matching heuristics, not access to every employer ATS
- Recruiters, hiring managers, job boards, and ATS vendors use different rules and may change them without notice
- Generated content may need localization, tone adjustment, legal review, or employer-specific edits
User obligations
Before using any output, users must review it for truthfulness, completeness, legality, and suitability for the target role.
- Do not submit claims that are false, unverifiable, misleading, confidential, or unsupported
- Do not represent AI-generated content as verified fact unless you can prove it
- Confirm all dates, names, links, employers, degrees, certifications, metrics, tools, and project claims
- Use proof warnings and missing-evidence notes as risk indicators, not decorative suggestions
Platform controls
Credensa may add guardrails to reduce bad outputs but cannot guarantee every issue is detected.
- Credibility checks may flag weak, missing, or unsupported claims
- AI workflow records may be retained for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and auditability
- Credensa may block, rate-limit, or review workflows that appear abusive, unsafe, or policy-violating
- Final responsibility for exported or submitted content remains with the user
Use AI with evidence
Keep career memory accurate and review every output before applying.
