Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Credensa safely, lawfully, and honestly across accounts, AI workflows, resumes, portfolios, uploads, APIs, and public links.
No fake career claims
Credensa must not be used to fabricate credentials, impersonate people, forge employment, or mislead employers.
No platform abuse
Automated abuse, scraping, spam, malware, unauthorized access, and rate-limit bypassing are prohibited.
No harmful publishing
Public portfolios and resume links must not expose confidential, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
Identity and career integrity
Users must represent themselves and their career history truthfully.
- No fake degrees, fake certifications, fake employers, fake dates, fake metrics, fake endorsements, or forged documents
- No impersonation, account sharing for deception, or using another person's data without authority
- No claiming confidential, proprietary, classified, or third-party work as your own
- No using Credensa to bypass employer checks, background checks, credential verification, or immigration/employment rules
Technical abuse
Users must not attack, degrade, or reverse engineer Credensa or connected services.
- No probing, scanning, credential stuffing, brute force, denial-of-service, malware, scraping, spam, or unauthorized automation
- No attempts to access other users' accounts, resumes, uploads, portfolios, private links, admin systems, APIs, logs, or infrastructure
- No bypassing quotas, payment controls, rate limits, provider limits, auth controls, or storage restrictions
- No extracting model prompts, secrets, keys, internal configs, or system instructions
Content abuse
Users must not upload, generate, publish, or share harmful or unlawful content.
- No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, child safety violations, extremist content, or unlawful discrimination
- No copyrighted, trademarked, private, or confidential material unless you have rights to use it
- No phishing pages, malware links, deceptive redirects, spam portfolios, or fraudulent contact forms
- No content that violates a third-party platform, employer, school, or job board policy
Enforcement
Credensa may enforce this policy to protect users, third parties, vendors, and the platform.
- Actions may include warning, content removal, workflow blocking, rate limiting, link disabling, account suspension, account termination, or legal reporting
- Credensa may preserve limited records where needed for security, investigation, disputes, or legal compliance
- Severe abuse may be reported to hosting providers, payment providers, law enforcement, affected parties, or regulators where appropriate
Report misuse
Send abuse, impersonation, infringement, or security reports to Credensa.
